On August 22, 2025, between 04:00 and 11:30 UTC, around 70% of funnels intermittently served the wrong content — sometimes rendering correctly, other times displaying another customer’s funnel. This was a severe issue, and we want to clearly explain what happened.
The problem aligned with Cloudflare’s infrastructure incident on August 21. During that period, incorrect responses were served from cache layers at the edge. Standard cache purges had no effect. The issue was fully resolved only after disabling Cloudflare Hyperdrive cache, which immediately restored stability.
We later tested Hyperdrive in a controlled environment with heavy synthetic load and were unable to reproduce the issue. After re-enabling it in production, operations have remained stable.
We understand that funnels are at the very heart of FunnelFox, and reliability is essential to your business. Our users put enormous trust in us, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are extremely sorry for this incident, and we’re already researching more stable and diversified edge solutions to prevent issues like this in the future.
No action is required on your side. If you noticed anomalies during the incident window, please contact us and we’ll review your case. You can also see the timeline on our status page.
